BN PRO Metered – Intelligent energy measurement for professional IT environments
The BN PRO Metered is an intelligent Power Distribution Unit (PDU) specifically designed for data centers and demanding server environments. It measures all important energy and performance data per phase – in 32-amp variants even per breaker. This enables optimal load planning, efficient energy use and reliable prevention of overloads. All measurements can be read directly via the 2.4" color display or remotely over the network and web interface. For easy integration into monitoring systems, two Ethernet interfaces (1 Gbit/s with PoE & 100 Mbit/s) are available. In addition, up to 20 PDUs can be operated in a cluster and external sensors for temperature or humidity can be connected via a dedicated sensor port.
The BN PRO Metered is particularly service-friendly during operation: controller and power supply are hot-swappable and can be replaced without shutdown. Colored marking frames facilitate the identification of A and B feeds. With 16 C13 and 4 C19 outlets, a CEE-16A supply cable (3 m) and the robust aluminum housing, this PDU is ideal for professional continuous operation. The BN PRO Metered provides transparency in energy consumption, supports regulatory requirements and helps to sustainably improve the efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
